Connie Nichols-Phillips

Connie Nichols-Phillips received her MBA from Loyola University in 1990 and is Managing Director and Practice Leader of Discovery Services.  She has over 20 years experience assisting clients in the technological planning, implementation and integration of numerous commercial litigation engagements. Mrs. Phillips has consulted, designed, and implemented automated practice systems for a variety of clients with litigation needs. These clients include corporate legal departments, law firms, and courts. She also designs and deploys discovery management systems for litigation needs of parties throughout the lifecycle of a case or series of cases. Her expertise includes systems integration and workflow solutions for electronic data collection, data review, data production, and data warehousing. 

Mrs. Phillips has significant experience coordinating and managing large multi-party actions. She has assisted several global corporations with specific information technology projects including production strategies, database design, training, review, repository systems and trial technology.
