Lori L. Spooner

Admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1996, Ms. Spooner graduated from Tulane University School of Law May 1995. She received a Bachelor of Arts, Presidential Scholar, cum laude, from Loyola University in New Orleans. At Loyola, She was on the Dean's List, a member of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma National Freshman Honor Society, and Co-recipient, Richard Frank Grant. Ms. Spooner has worked at every angle of litigation. She was a judicial extern to the Honorable Moon Landrieu of the Louisiana State Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit from August 1994 - May 1995. She was a research assistant to Professor Michael Collins, Tulane University School of Law from June 1994 - May 1995. She also clerked at the Schoemann & Associates, December 1993 - January 1994, and Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles July 1993 - August 1993.

After 9 years, Ms. Spooner left Docusource in 2004 and worked in the Washington DC office of Shearman & Sterling as their litigation support analyst. At Shearman, Ms Spooner assisted in trial, war room, and attorney review setups, training of staff in litigation support applications, project management, and other litigation support and IT duties. She returned home to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
